How I got here

The short version

Before Real Growth Co., I ran performance end-to-end as Digital Growth Manager at Shhh Silk. I owned the P&L on every campaign, lived inside the ad accounts, and turned a plateaued DTC brand into one growing 62% year-on-year.

What that role taught me: most DTC brands don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem. You can hand the right plan to an agency that doesn't know your margins, doesn't track your seasonality, and doesn't talk to the founder. Inside three months you watch it quietly fall apart. I've seen it happen too many times.
